Lubricator SF 04 perma CLASSIC for high-temperature lubricating grease

Použití
The perma CLASSIC and perma FUTURA lubricant dispensers can be used in all applications with ambient temperatures of 0-40 °C.

Provedení

• The reliable functional principle is based on an electrochemical reaction.
• The activation screw is screwed into the lubrication system and the eye bolt is torn off.
  The gas generator inside generates a maximum pressure of 4 bar, which moves the piston forwards and transports the lubricant into the lubrication point.
• Depending on the application conditions, the lubricant volume of 120 ccm is dispensed over a period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months by screwing in the activation screw in the corresponding colour.
• The lubricant dispenser is used for single-point lubrication on roller bearings and slide bearings, slide guides, open gears, toothed racks, spindles, shaft seals, chains etc.
• perma CLASSIC is mainly used in mechanical engineering, the steel and automotive industries, mining and the ballast industry.
• SF01 universal grease: High-performance multi-purpose grease, EP additives to reduce wear, free of heavy metals and silicone
  SF04 universal grease: Multi-purpose lubricant for extreme requirements, high performance at high temperatures and vibrations, resistant to aggressive media
  SO14 universal grease: Effective lubrication even at high operating temperatures, good viscosity and temperature behaviour, outstanding creep properties ensure rapid lubricant film formation
